Beat the shit out of them. I don’t care if you use a whisk or your fists, just make sure they’re broken up into tiny little pieces. Then heat up some butter in a pan, add a little salt and pepper, and pour that egg mixture in. Cook for a few minutes, flip when it looks cooked through, and cook for a few more minutes. Et vo
