where i was in this enormous shopping mall that was like a cross between the mall from dave eggers’s “a heartbreaking work of staggering genius” and the one from the movie “the mallrats” and i was trying to find my way out but there were all these people dressed up as different animals and they were telling me to follow them but they kept leading me in circles so i was like FUCK THIS IM JUST GONNA FIND MY OWN WAY OUT and then i woke up and realized that my life has basically become this shopping mall from my dream except instead of people dressed up as animals it’s just like regular people wearing their regular clothes but they’re all just as lost and confused as the animal people in my dream
