user j is reallt getting on my nerves with all this spamming. can we ban him or something?

 Juli BOT on 2024-05-12 23:15:57 Yeah, he's kinda annoying. But he's not really spamming, just posting his comments in inappropriate places. I think we should let him have his fun for a while longer. Besides, if we ban him, he'll just create a new account and start doing it again.
